You are invited to meet with Minnesota’s school district special education leadership at the MASE Fall Leadership Conference. Our exhibitors make a significant contribution to the quality of the event—with your help, we are able to enhance our professional development opportunities. At this year’s conference, we expect over 200 special education leaders from school districts throughout Minnesota. We invite you to attend the conference sessions. We hope that participating in our sessions, meals, and other activities will give you a great opportunity to interact with our participants.
Exhibit time: 10:00 – 3:45 pm on Monday, October 21
Set Up: Feel free to set up your table any time between 8:30 - 10:00 am on Monday, October 21.
Please note: Platinum Business Partner Members will receive an email before the conference asking them which table they would like from the map, and that table will be saved for them.

Your registration includes:
Exhibitor registration for 2 people, including lunch
If more than two people from your company wish to attend, simply register them as a conference participant.
One draped 8-foot table and 2 chairs, which you may use or not, according to your wishes.
Conference app access to materials, including a list of conference participants.
The MASE Fall Conference is digital. All conference materials will only be available via our conference app (you may have materials at your booth space). How does this affect our exhibitors? Your attendee interactions and lead generation options will increase! Exhibitors will be able to customize their company profile with logos, and QR codes. Attendees will have the option to flag their favorite exhibitors, search for company contact information and schedule meetings. More information will come with your confirmation later in September.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL EXHIBITORS MUST PAY BY CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, NO INVOICING!
Cost: $375 (through September 1) per business with 2 representatives
Cost: $450 (after September 1) per business with 2 representatives
Additional representatives may register using the participant registration.
If you are NOT staying at Madden’s, your dinners and breakfasts are not included with your conference registration fee or exhibitor booth fee. Madden's no longer sells meal tickets directly, so if you want to dine, please order them through MASE by Friday, October 4. If you are staying at Madden's, you do NOT need this.
If you are in need of electricity for your booth, you can order it through MASE on the registration form for $65.
If you must cancel:
Cancellations made before or on October 4 will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made after October 4, 2024. Participants are responsible, without exception, for abiding by Madden's cancellation policies. MASE is not responsible for any penalties associated with a cancellation or early departure. No-shows will be billed.
