Important Dates
- Hotel Cut-off date: September 29, 2025
- Speaker Agreement Deadline: October 1, 2025
- Speaker Conference Registration due: October 8, 2025

- MASE Fall Leadership Conference: October 22 – 24, 2025
Speaker Resource Center
All speakers should have received an email to access the MASE Fall Leadership Speaker Resource Center! This will serve as your 'speaker portal' for the conference, and will require a quick, 2-step login.
Access the Speaker Resource Center
You will use this resource center to review your personal information, submit your Speaker Agreement, confirm session details and times, upload presentation materials, etc. If you need any assistance, please reach out to cassie.wray@mnase.org.
Speaker Agreement
Please login to the Speaker Resource Center to access the Speaker Agreement Form. Complete this form by October 1 to confirm your spot at the conference.
Registration Information
If you plan to attend any portion of the conference other than your own presentation, please register online and pay the appropriate fees.
Register by October 8.

Presentation Guidelines
PowerPoint Template
Download the PPT Template (also available in the Resource Center). Presentations and handouts are due October 15, 2025. Display format: 16:9.
Materials
Materials are a valued feature of our program. Handouts and presentations support learning and serve as resources after the event.
- PowerPoint: Slides that highlight key points.
- Handouts: Supplemental written materials such as charts, graphs, checklists, or notes.
Ensure materials are clear, visually attractive, and well-organized.

Presentations and Handouts
Due by October 15, 2025. Submit PPT (for presentations) and PDF (for handouts) through the Speaker Resource Center.

Changes to Your Session
Please review your session listing and personal bio. If changes are needed, update them in the Speaker Resource Center by October 8.
Standard A/V Set for Sessions
Each session room will include:
- LCD Projector
- Screen
- Slide Advancer
- Microphone (if necessary)
Please bring your own laptop and adaptor (if applicable) for your presentation. We will provide the HDMI connection to the screen, speakers and a slide advancer that will use a USB port.
