At this year’s conference, we expect over 200 special education leaders from school districts and charter schools throughout Minnesota. We invite you to attend the conference sessions. We hope that participating in our sessions, meals, and other activities will give you a great opportunity to interact with our participants.

Room block deadline: April 9, 2026 or when room block is filled, whichever comes first.

2-Night Lodging & 4 Meal Package:
Run of House Rooms $648.58 Single Occupancy; $433.84 Multiple Occupancy, per person
Two-night package includes lodging, breakfast, dinner, use of pools, sauna, whirlpool, beaches, fitness center, business center, and applicable sales tax. Lunch is included in your MASE registration fee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for your entire stay; early departures or reservations reduced in length are not refundable. Package payments are refundable, less a $25.00 cancellation fee if you cancel by April 9, 2026. Any cancellations made after April 9, 2026 will not receive a refund (replacements are gladly accepted). Reservations made after the deadline are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before or on Monday, April 27 will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made after April 27, 2026. Participants are responsible, without exception, for abiding by Madden's cancellation policies. MASE is not responsible for any penalties associated with cancellation or early departure.  No-shows will be billed.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibit time: 10:00am – 3:45pm on Thursday, May 14
Set Up: Feel free to set up your table any time between 4:00pm - 5:30pm on Wednesday, May 13, or 7:30am – 9:00am on Thursday, May 14.  

Please note: Platinum Business Partner Members will receive an email before the conference asking them which table they would like from the map, and that table will be saved for them.

Your registration includes: 

  • Exhibitor registration is for 2 people, including lunch.
  • If more than two people from your company wish to attend, simply register them as a conference participant.  
  • One draped 8-foot table and 2 chairs, which you may use or not, according to your wishes. 
  • Conference digital access to materials, including a list of conference participants. 

The MASE Best Practices Conference is paperless. All conference materials will only be available via our conference webpage (you may have materials at your booth space). 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL EXHIBITORS MUST PAY BY CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, NO INVOICING!

*Meal Tickets: If you are NOT staying at Madden’s, your dinners and breakfasts are not included with your conference registration fee or exhibitor booth fee. Madden’s no longer sells meal tickets directly, so if you want to dine, please order them through MASE by April 22. If you are staying at Madden’s, you do NOT need additional meal tickets. Meal tickets can be purchased when registering representatives. After purchasing your sponsorship or exhibit option, MASE staff will reach out to gather representative information and meal ticket needs.

Additional representatives may register using the attendee registration. 

Electricity: If you are in need of electricity for your booth, you can order it through MASE on the registration form for $65.
